Client agrees to theses terms:
MAY EMPLOY SUCH ASSISTANTS AS CONTRACTOR DEEMS APPROPRIATE TO CARRY OUT THIS AGREEMENT.
CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING SUCH ASSISTANTS, AS WELL AS ANY EXPENSE ATTRIBUTABLE TO SUCH ASSISTANTS.
WILL PROVIDE ALL EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, AND SUPPLIES NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE ABOVE SERVICES.
WILL PROVIDE TEXT CHANGES TO YOUR WEB SITE UP TO 7 DAYS AFTER LAUNCHING,
AFTER SUCH TIME OUR CHARGE IS 25.00 PER HR.
CLIENT AGREES TO PAY FOR ALL ADDITIONAL CHARGES OVER OUR PACKAGE PRICES AND MUST MEET ALL OUR REQUIREMENTS LISTED BELOW.
OUR REQUIREMENTS FROM YOU:
- All Text information for you web site must be provided
- Graphics must be provided(Unless that work has been contracted to JoJos Internet Cafe, this is an additional charge.
- Company Logos must be provided(Unless that work has been contracted to JoJos Internet Cafe, this is an additional charge.
- Deposit of 50% before work is started
TIME FOR PERFORMANCE:
- Contractor agrees to complete the performance of these services on or before the agreed upon date.
IN CONSIDERATION OF CONTRACTOR'S PERFORMANCE OF THESE SERVICES, CLIENT AGREES TO PAY CONTRACTOR AS FOLLOWS:
- 50% Deposit
- Balance on completion of work (Prior to Launching of site)
- 25.00 per hour for additional work not included in package prices
All PACKAGES INCLUDE: (Info Site $200.00)(Starter Site $300.00)(Premium Site $400.00)(Professional Site $500.00)
- 2 Hour Consultation
- Site Map
- 2 Graphics per page
- 500 words of text per page. With exception of the $200.00 Info site. This site includes 1 text image per page only
- Customized Tab Bar
- Set up Domain Hosting
- Submissions on 10 Search Engines
- Deposits are non refundable
INVOICES
- Contractor will submit invoices for all services performed
METHOD OF PAYMENT
- CHECK, MASTERCARD, INTERACT OR CASH
CONTRACTOR RETAINS THE RIGHT TO PERFORM SERVICES FOR CLIENTS
